We went out and did an event recently. After the event, we received a hand written letter in the mail from a little boy who was impacted by all of our marketing materials. We created some coloring pages and sent him a thank you letter back to him and let the plumbers come by and let him and his siblings see one of our trucks. We received his coloring pages back and have made them into a collage and hung in our office!
This was the sweetest thing to us and truly made our day, from the office to the plumbers!
