pretty sure this is my Grandparent’s living room. They certainly kicked Elvis out immediately after this photo for putting his feet on the furniture. Their position on lavender trousers is unknown (but I am in favor!).

Was interviewed today about my sketching practice and it inspired me to dig out the old travel kit. Maybe time to pop these tried and true companions in a satchel and seek out an inspiring scene or object to interpret.
