We’re so excited to see our clients and friends enjoying the day together in their JtA-designed party barn, featuring a full indoor kitchen, an outdoor kitchen with a wood fired pizza oven, and plenty of space to gather.

There are so many details that go into creating a home, and together with , we’re carefully working through every one of them.

But during a recent site visit, we couldn’t help but pause and appreciate the view.

Tree-lined South End streets below. The Boston skyline beyond. A reminder of why our clients fell in love with this neighborhood in the first place.

Grateful to help bring their vision of a forever home to life, right where they want to be.

One of the smallest projects we’ve ever designed at JtA is also one of the most meaningful.

at .market is only about 180 square feet, but so much life happens inside spaces like this. People earn a living, sharpen their craft, share stories, build friendships, and take care of themselves and each other.

Evan and Joe have now been friends for almost a decade after we designed his first Somerville shop. And honestly, for Joe, spending time getting his haircut and beard trimmed with Evan is one of his favorite little “treat yourself” rituals.

A reminder that design is never really about square footage. It’s about the opportunities and connections a space creates for the people inside it. Grateful to do this work.

The fastest way to get to the Italian coastline from East Boston is no longer Logan Airport. It’s La Tavernetta.

Congratulations to the team on their opening. We’re incredibly grateful to have been part of this project and to help bring this vision to life. It’s always special to see a space go from idea to reality, and even more special when it becomes a place that feels like an escape right in the neighborhood. The room is nothing short of magic, especially with the changing of the light at sunset and some of the best views of Boston.

came alive for Art Night Market and reminded us exactly why we love designing spaces like this. When great food and drinks are flowing, artists are showing off their work, and people are packed in together discovering something new, the architecture fades into the background and the magic takes over.

Spaces are just the stage. Nights like this are the show. Bringing people together is the whole point.
