Another leaking roof corrected the right way. 🔨🏠

This project had a combination of asphalt shingles and an older roll-roofing system that was leaking badly.

Rather than continuing to patch a failing system, we removed the old roofing and rebuilt the problem areas with materials designed for the application.

✔️ Old leaking roll roofing removed
✔️ New .060 EPDM rubber roofing system installed
✔️ Properly sealed and taped EPDM seams
✔️ New GAF roofing system on the shingle sections
✔️ GAF FeltBuster synthetic underlayment
✔️ Chimney flashing addressed and integrated into the new roof
✔️ Custom flashing at critical roof transitions
✔️ Problem areas opened up and inspected instead of simply covered over

Flat and low-slope roofing is one of those areas where the details matter. Proper membrane installation, seams, penetrations, transitions and flashing are what keep the water OUT.

Another leaking roof corrected the right way. 🔨🏠

This project had a combination of asphalt shingles and an older roll-roofing system that was leaking badly.

Tonight, our hearts are with Issaiah and every recruit of Platoon 1053 as they embark on The Crucible.

For the next 54 hours, they’ll be tested physically, mentally, and emotionally. They’ll be tired, hungry, pushed beyond what they thought their limits were—and they’ll learn just how much strength they have in themselves and in the Marines beside them.

🙏 Please join us in sending a prayer to Issaiah and all of 1053.

May God give them strength when their bodies are exhausted, courage when the road gets difficult, and the determination to keep putting one foot in front of the other.

May He watch over every recruit, keep them safe, and give their Drill Instructors the wisdom to guide them through these final challenges.

They entered The Crucible as recruits.

They will emerge as United States Marines. 🇺🇸🦅🌎⚓

🏠 Roof Replacement Complete | Barrington, NH

Another one wrapped up in Barrington, New Hampshire!

This project is a great example of why a roof replacement is about a lot more than simply installing new shingles.

Once we removed the existing roofing, we uncovered hidden wood deterioration at a roof-to-wall transition. Instead of covering it back up, we repaired the damaged area and corrected the flashing details before moving forward with the new roofing system.

This project included:

We recently finished the roof replacement at Christian Believers Church here in Somersworth, and as with many roof replacements, some of the most important work is what you don’t see when the job is finished.
