EcoTight Insulation is seeking a dependable, hardworking individual to join our team.

Before applying, it’s important to understand the nature of insulation work. This is a physically demanding job that requires working in attics, crawlspaces, and construction environments. Applicants should be comfortable climbing ladders, lifting materials, working in confined spaces, and being on their feet throughout the day.

We’re looking for individuals who:
• Have reliable transportation
• Show up on time and ready to work
• Can lift 50+ pounds
• Have a strong work ethic
• Are willing to learn and take direction
