When I try to explain that ,"we don't just mow lawns or pull weeds", THIS bag of tomatoes is from a customers garden who is recovering from breast cancer radiation treatments. We helped her get her garden boxes ready in the spring when her hair was barely visible and she didn't have the strength; it was raining, chilly and the schedule was packed. THIS is the answer I simply cannot ever put into words of my why.

This is a wonderful sign. There are 3 monarch caterpillars on these milkweeds.
This is one of the biggest reasons we are here at these gardens and many other gardens across Pennsylvania. Butterflies are wonderful indicators of biodiversity in the environment. They are also pollinators and help with garden pests.
We don't just make the space beautiful, we make sure these very important species stay protected in their natural habitat here and do not just survive but, thrive.
This is a perfect example of why little things matter the most.

We designed,created and installed this entirely new English garden theme from scratch. The gardens contain lots of stunning shrubs, trees and flowers. The gardens include its very own butterfly/ pollinator garden for the customer to enjoy with her children.
To bring this vision to life we used all products from Baker's including fresh topsoil, dyed black oak mulch and installed Arborvitaes, Weigela, Mini Boxwoods, Salvia, Dianthus,
Brown Eyed Susans, Shasta Daisies, Cone Flowers and Oak Leaf Hydrangeas.
