I'll say it again. DO YOUR HOMEWORK AND HIRE A CONTRACTOR YOU CAN TRUST!! NOT JUST WHOEVER GIVES YOU THE CHEAPEST PRICE!! This wall looks like it's less than 3 years old! Just a ballpark, let's say this is a $30k wall. You hire some guy who says he can do it for $20k because he doesn't have the overhead and blah, blah, blah. You're thinking you scored a deal and outsmarted those contractors just looking to charge as much as possible.

Now 3 years later it's laying on its side. Do you think the guy who installed it is going to warranty it? Haha. You'll be lucky if you ever find him. Now it's going to cost the original $30k + $5-7k to clean this mess up! So your $20k steal of a wall ends up costing you $57k!!!! Not to mention the embarrassment. Not much of a deal is it?

My prices probably won't be the cheapest. In fact I know they won't because I take pride in my work. And you can always ask me why my price is where it is. I'll gladly tell you what we need to do and why it needs to be done. My honest approach means I have nothing to hide. It's not cheap to do things right the first time. My value comes in knowing that after, your project is done once and it's done right! And should something unforeseen happen, I will always stand behind my work. I offer a 5 year warranty on all my installs. And you can rest assured if it looks good as new after 5 years, it's going to look good after 10, 15, 20, etc.

Here's Anthony's first job on his own. I told him to take pictures and post them on Facebook to get more work but since he listens as well as a rock, I'll do it. 🤣. I think he did a pretty good job and he's learning from the best. 😁 If anyone needs their front planting beds cleaned up and mulched let me know. I'll pass the word onto him. He's doing lawn mowing too.

The walkway part is done. There's only one thing I'm not happy about that I'll have to change tomorrow. If anyone can guess what it is you'll win a candy bar of your choice. 🤣 Now if these damn permits would come through I can continue with the rest of this project. Should be all set after tomorrow.

So. The town of Vernon wants me to draw a sketch of the deck I intend to build. I guess no one told them of the absolute abomination they're going to receive! 🤣. If it even resembles a deck in the slightest it'll be a miracle! I couldn't draw a square if you gave me a ruler to use! Haha. Any of my customers who have had the misfortune of seeing one of my drawings can attest to that.
