Things are looking “officially official” around here with the addition of our new roadside sign!

Yes, actually! “I did that myself” is pretty much our ethos around here. Hand grown. Hand picked. Hand made.

We do it all ourselves, and we’re so proud to share with you, our community.

We’re heading into Week 2 of the CSA, and the spring greens are really starting to shine.

This week’s share is full of fresh, crisp flavors that celebrate the best of the season—perfect for big salads, quick lunches, and simple meals built around what’s coming out of the field right now.

- Spinach
- Country Mix leafy greens
- Baby leaf lettuce mix
- Radishes
- Salad turnips
- Head lettuce

The cool spring weather has been wonderful for greens, and we’re excited to share this abundance with our community!

Not sure what to do with all those veggies?

We send recipes with every CSA box!

Here’s one favorite: 🥗 Fresh Herb and Honey Salad 🥗
🌱 One handful baby leafy greens
🌱 One handful baby spinach
🌱 One small handful of cilantro, small diced
🌱 One handful cherry tomatoes, halved
🌱 Half of a purple onion, sliced thin
🌱 Two green onions, small diced
🌱 One small cucumber, seeds removed, sliced thin
🌱 One bell pepper, small diced
🌱 Fresh mozzarella, feta, or goat cheese (chevre), to taste
🌱 Pomegranate, sliced strawberries, or chopped apple, to taste
🌱 Sprinkle of Crushed Walnuts
🌱 Drizzle olive oil and honey liberally over the salad and allow to rest for 5 minutes to “marinate” then.... ENJOY!!!
