A time lapse of what it looks like when a supplier delivers your metal in a way they should never deliver anybody’s metal in the world. Unless it’s all the same size. You’ll notice all the wasted movement and energy and time. Which means money away from the company, but not just that money out of these workers pockets. Because instead of getting on in two days, it’s gonna take us 2 1/2 to 3 days.

Started working with my guys. It was roofing my way but I let them work their way. Slow and long. It’s the way they was use too. Now that I’m working with them they didn’t think we can do a 35sq two story in 2 days. After all the trouble with the way the supplier delivered the material. We have close to half the roof done. Love working with these guys. All they want to do is work.
