What you'll be doing:

Mowing, trimming, and edging residential & commercial properties
Landscape installs — mulch, plantings, hardscape help
General property cleanups and maintenance
Running and maintaining equipment (we'll train you)

What we're looking for:

Dependable — you show up, on time, ready to work
Able to handle physical, outdoor work in all kinds of weather
Valid driver's license a plus
Good attitude and willingness to learn

We're looking for a skilled equipment operator to join our crew. If you know your way around excavators and skid steers, we want to talk.

What You'll Do:
• Operate excavators and skid steers for grading, excavation, and site prep
• Support landscape and hardscape project installations
• Maintain equipment daily — fluid checks, greasing, general upkeep
• Work alongside our crew on property maintenance and construction projects

What We're Looking For:
• Experience operating excavators and skid steers
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable, shows up on time, works hard
• Ability to work outdoors in all conditions
• Team player with a good attitude
