NOW HIRING!!! Equipment operators, general laborers and Class A and Class B CDL truck drivers.

We are looking for:
▪️Equipment operators, someone who can clear lots (take down trees in neighborhoods and others tight or confined areas), spread and grade dirt for building pads and yards, and laying concrete pipe.
▪️General laborers job duties will consist of shoveling, racking, use of chain saws and assisting in laying concrete pipe. We work on residential and commercial projects, so we are looking for someone with site work experience and someone who is versatile.
▪️CDL Truck driver duties will consist of checking pre and post trips (oil, water and tires), picking up material and hauling it to and from job sites and fueling up on site every evening to be ready to go in the mornings. Drives must be clean and organized. This is a 6am-6pm position with Saturdays optional. Time and a half over time is paid. 1 week vacation is paid after 1 year of employment.
The duties of operators and laborers could consist of, but are not limited to...
▪️Lot clearing- taking down trees, digging up stumps, stripping lots, cutting trees with chain saws, loading log trucks.
▪️Foundation prep: setting grade with grade rod and laser, grading dirt, compacting dirt with tamp and or roller, and installing silt fence
▪️Pipe installation: digging ditch, setting grade, setting plastic or concrete pipe, placing fabric and rock around the pipe. Sometimes asphalt patching is required with pipe repairs.

*All operators must be familiar with all heavy equipment
*Must have means of transportation to and from the shop. **Drivers license is a must.
*Must be willing to work at a fast pace & keep up with our other employees
*Must work well with others
*Must be able to work in the South Carolina heat & summers
*Must have references with their contact information
*Must be reliable and punctual
*Must be able to pass a drug test
A trial period is required to ensure that you are able to perform as you say prior to being formally hired (you will be paid for your time regardless of the outcome)
ALL PAY IS BASED UPON EXPERIENCE, and will not be discussed prior to an interview.
