Hardwood Flooring:

Laminate Flooring:

Pros: Affordable and budget-friendly compared to hardwood or natural stone. Easy to install and often available in click-and-lock systems. Resistant to scratches, fading, and staining. Low maintenance and easy to clean.

Cons: Not as durable as hardwood or stone and can't be refinished. Prone to water damage, especially in high-moisture areas. Can sound hollow or synthetic underfoot.

Carpet Flooring:
