Framing is coming along nicely! Corstone is currently under construction on the Emerald 2 project in Tacoma WA. Emerald 2 is a community-based residential setting designed to provide skilled professional care for adults who require assistance with managing behavioral healthcare. It’s a Tenant Improvement renovation of two (2) three (3) story existing buildings on .36 acers. Phase one, Parcel “A” building 15,690 sqft is under construction, consisting of 14-bedroom facility with a large dining area, a few large activities rooms, a couple of living rooms, a covered outside patio, and a gazebo. We will also be reconfiguring parking lot and upgrading site utilities.

Get Your Rear in Gear 5k Run/Walk in memory of Erin VerHoeven, Corstone’s co-founder who passed in 2021 after a courageous battle with colon cancer. To honor her legacy and support the fight against this devastating disease, every year Corstone creates a team to run/walk to raise awareness and funds for cancer research and support services. Making some serious progress on the NOAH Center! The NOAH Center is a nonprofit Animal Adoption Center and Spay & Neuter Clinic dedicated to stopping the euthanasia of healthy, adoptable, and treatable homeless cats and dogs. Happy Corstone gets to build this facility. Great project to be a part of!
