My name is Camron Harvey. I'm the owner of Pilchuck Construction — a commercial general contractor based in Snohomish, WA. We erect pre-engineered metal buildings, handle tenant improvements, pour concrete, and build across Western Washington. The business is established, the equipment is maintained, and the work is year-round.
I'm looking for one experienced Journeyman Carpenter who wants to join a crew that takes pride in the work — not just punch a clock.
🔷 What the role involves:
• Pre-Engineered Metal Building er****on
• Panel installation and trim/flashing (metal & wood)
• Journeyman carpentry — framing, stairs, window/door layout, trusses
• Setting windows and doors (vinyl new construction & hollow metal)
• Foundation work — forming footings/walls, rebar placement
• Layout and framing with wood/light gauge steel studs
✓ Who I'm looking for:
✓ 5+ years commercial carpentry experience
✓ At least 3 years specifically on PEMB projects
✓ Can read and interpret metal building er****on drawings
✓ Owns their hand tools and knows how to use them
✓ Valid driver's license, reliable transportation — CDL is a plus
✓ Comfortable at heights and in PNW weather
✓ Self-directed. Shows up. Gets it done.
💰 What I bring:
→ $35–$43/hr depending on experience and ability
