We are looking to add a position, and looking for someone who wants to utilize their skills or learn from the ground up in multiple trades (concrete forming/setup, steel buildings/metal sheeting) within one company.

We work primarily in Snohomish and Skagit County and have been in business for 11 years.

The ideal candidate would be learning to set concrete forms, assist with grading, Metal roofing/wall panels.
Attitude and work ethic are of the utmost importance.

Previous experience in construction is helpful, but not required.

Work schedule is typically 40 hrs a week, with minimal overtime or weekend work.

Reliable transportation and current Drivers License is a requirement.

Working in a scissor lift or boomlift 25' above the ground is common.

Previous experience in construction is required, but specific experience in all fields is not expected.

Work schedule is typically 40 hrs a week, Monday -Friday. Overtime and weekend work is very limited.

Reliable transportation and current Drivers License is a requirement.

We are looking for someone who has the experience of an Office Manager to help in daily operations of a small General Construction Company. We have been in business 10 years and are growing with the need for more office support.

Daily scope of work might include entering bills, calling on accounts Receivables, month-end reconciling, scheduling/ordering materials from vendors, and payroll data entry. And, keeping me from writing run on sentences like the last one.

Multiple years experience with QuickBooks is required.
Hours and schedule can be flexible, but we would like to have a set schedule.

We are based out of a Home Office in the Three Lakes/Machias area, about 15 minutes from downtown Snohomish.

This could possibly be a partial remote position in the future for the proper candidate.
