Another custom home wired right.

We teamed up with Bull Construction on this 6,500 sq ft custom home, and this one had some serious details.

We installed a full home backup generator system to keep the storm pumps running 24/7, even if the power goes out. Because on a home like this, backup power isn’t a luxury. It’s protection.

We also added custom inlet lighting on the bar tops, canopy lighting in the great room, and recessed outdoor patio heaters so the homeowners can actually enjoy the patio on those cold Washington days.

Beautiful home. Smart electrical. Clean ex*****on.

That’s the difference when the details matter.

Out in Snohomish doing a furnace inspection + routine maintenance.

What we’re checking:
✔️ Debris & buildup
✔️ System components running right
✔️ Filter condition (swap it every ~6 months)

Cold spots in your home?
Most of the time—it’s your ductwork, not your furnace. ⚡️

Let’s fix something real quick—
Your filter is probably too small.

This system takes a 4-inch filter… not that paper-thin one.
You’re leaving airflow, air quality, and your own comfort on the table.

I’ve got allergies too—skip this, and you’ll feel it. ⚡️

04/14/2026

Here’s the difference:
We don’t just install mini splits—we install them right.

✔️ Proper wall pe*******on
✔️ Clean ACR line routing
✔️ Drainage OUTSIDE (where it belongs)
✔️ Backed by a 12-year Mitsubishi warranty

One day install. No headaches.
That’s the Tripped Electric standard. ⚡️

Most homes built in the late 80s and early 90s around Snohomish County are starting to show their age electrically.

We were out near the old Kenwanda Golf Course working on one of those homes. What started as a simple switch and outlet upgrade quickly turned into something bigger once we opened the panel.

The existing panel was maxed out and didn’t meet today’s code requirements for AFCI (arc-fault) protection — which is designed to prevent electrical fires.

So we upgraded the entire panel to:

✔️ Expand the electrical capacity
✔️ Install proper arc-fault protection
✔️ Add dimmer controls and smart switches
✔️ Replace worn outlets and loose connections

Now everything is clean, crisp, and safe — no flickering lights, no overloaded panel, and plenty of room for future upgrades.

A lot of homeowners don’t realize their electrical panel is outdated until problems start showing up.

If your home was built in the 80s or 90s, it might be time to take a look.

If your electrical panel looks like this… it’s probably time to give us a call. ⚡️

This is a Federal Pacific panel — common in homes built before the 1960s. The problem? These breakers are known for not tripping when they should. That means wires can overload, cross, or short… and the breaker may just sit there like nothing’s wrong.

Even worse, this setup uses a split bus design, so parts of the house aren’t controlled the way modern panels are. Translation: you can’t actually shut the whole house off safely.

Old panels + modern electrical loads = a risky combo.

If you’ve got one of these relics in your home, let’s upgrade it before it becomes a bigger problem.
