Legacy Renovations is a full service Design + Build firm that specializes in residential remodeling and custom home building. We are located in Gwinnett County and service the northern suburbs of the Atlanta area.
We are a small team of professionals that share a common passion for creating. We are hopeful to meet with likeminded individuals who thrive in a team environment and have a basic understanding of residential construction.
Requirements:

• Must be willing to fail, learn, correct, repeat.
Skills & Responsibilities:
• Read and interpret blueprints, and specifications.
• Ability to safely use power tools such as circular saw, miter saw, sawzall, nail guns, concrete saws etc.
• Safely complete selective demolition of interiors and exteriors of potentially occupied homes.
• Correctly frame and assemble interior walls, rough openings, ceiling and floor joist. Assist lead carpenter with roofing rafters and stair stringers.
• Install interior/exterior doors, double hung and picture windows, and common millworking.
• Understanding the correct applications for coping/mitering of floor and ceiling trim.
• Install and finish drywall. Tape and finish with correct compounds and techniques.
• Basic understanding of tile underlayment and waterproofing techniques. Schluter courses will be provided and paid training.
• Read and interpret cabinetry blueprints. Assemble, modify, and install semi-custom cabinetry.
• Apply paint to various surfaces using correct application method.
• Amateur level of experience with common household electrical and plumbing fixtures. i.e. install standard duplex receptacle or install compression water shut-off.
• Ability to safely use 25' extension ladder, step ladders, and occasionally erect no more than 3 levels of scaffold.
• Ability to lift and carry approx. 80 lbs on occasional basis.
Pay based on experience and reliability. Paid weekly. Paid holidays, paid vacation, generous PTO, training and various other perks.
Majority of work is completed within the Gwinnett County area and North Metro Atlanta area.
