In January of 2024, the RMI Designs completed our most recent project for MidCity Nashville, and Monarch Alternative Capital's newest addition to Nashville, TN. Located on the former site of Lee Beaman's Broadway dealership. This project includes residential, retail, office spaces and a hotel within this 7-Tower development. Phase one features 4 towers around a central pavilion, and the addition of a new street. This models measures 4' x 8' at a 1:150 metric scale.

In 2014, the RMI Designs team completed the The Ritz-Carlton Residences for RXR Realty. This project was designed by Lessard Design, Inc and completed at a 1/16" = 1'-0" scale, bringing the over size to 6' x 7'. These residences provide a hotel-style living in elegantly crafted condominium residences that define excellence.

In 2019 the RMI Designs team completed a 8' x 20' model showcasing the Atlanta's Connector Park for the Midtown Connector Project Foundation & Dan T. Cathy. An update to the model showcased the actual plan for the park laying over the I-75/I-85 Junction in Midtown Atlanta.

This model was on display at the Chick-fil-A College Football Hall of Fame in Downtown Atlanta for the MCP Stakeholder Breakfast back in early January of 2022.

The plans includes adding 3 roads across the park, an amphitheater, 2 ponds, a pavilion, a lookout tower, a walking trail, a restaurant, a new gymnasium for GA Tech, and hotels on either end. This project would allow a connection between the two sides of Midtown Atlanta, allowing for safer passage across the highway.

In August of 2023, the RMI Designs team had the great pleasure of working with Discover Dunwoody, GA on updating their newly acquired model. This model is at a 1:100 scale, and showcases the restaurants and hotels in the area. The updates to this model include the new developments in the area as well as some new restaurants and stores.

In 2007, the RMI Designs team had the pleasure of completing a high-rise residential complex for the Element in Tampa, FL. The Element Tampa project was designed by Rule Joy Trammell Rubio and developed by Novare. The scale for this high-rise model is 1/8" = 1'-0". Construction for this building was completed in 2009, housing 395 units across 35 floors.

With more than a few iterations for the Fifth+Broadway model, this scene showcases the main walkway from 5th Ave. N in towards the development. With lots of retail shops and restaurants, this walkway is designed for people to enjoy Music City.

In September 2022, the RMI Designs team has the pleasure of completing a model for the Aster, a 70 unit condominium building located in Germantown, Nashville, Tennessee blocks away from . This mid-rise model measures 28" x 42" at a 1/8"=1'-0" and includes intricate brickwork, and a fully modeled amenity deck. The project was developed by Cottingham Capital Partners and designed by Smith Gee Studio.

In 2005 The RMI Designs team completed this high-rise condominium complex model of The Edge at West Palm Beach for Wood Partners. This model measures 56" x 64" at a 3/32" = 1'-0" scale. This luxury condo development is located near Clear Lake, in Downtown West Palm Beach, and completed construction in 2007.
Developed by Wood Partners and designed by Cohen, Freedman, Encinosa & Associates Architects.

In June 2023, The RMI Designs team completed this model for Vastland Companies. VOCÉ Hotel & Residences is a retail & Mixed Used high-rise located off of West End, 18th Avenue and Hayes Street in Midtown Nashville. With a rooftop feature of a resort-like pool and amenity space, as well as two floors dedicated to office space, and retail on the ground level. This model measures 44" x 32" at a 1/8" = 1'-0" scale. Developed by Vastland Companies, and designed by The Preston Partnership, LLC.

As part of Newport RE LP's investment plan into South Downtown Atlanta's development, the RMI Designs team completed a masterplan of the buildings Newport had chosen to redevelop in 2019. This model was completed at a 1/32" = 1'-0" scale and was received updates in 2021. Developed by the Newport RE LP a German real estate giant, and designed by Design Collective.

The Encore model measures 7'-0" x 4'-0" at a 1/4"=1'-0" scale. Developed by Novare Group and designed by Smallwood Inc. This a luxury, high rise mixed-use condominium development that opened in 2008.

This is a model of the MetLife Campus in Raleigh, NC. The RMI Designs team completed this 10′ x 6′ model in 3 1/2 weeks back in 2011. Developed by MetLife and designed by Rule Joy Trammell Rubio.
