Good day to whomever may read this!! 😊
I thought I would just get this out there and in the open to those that don’t know.
We have shut down Champion Yard Services as of February 1st.
I have a couple installs that we are working as I want to complete as much as I can for our wonderful clients I’ve had over the last 30 years.

I have had an amazing career and worked with some really amazing people. I wouldn’t change a thing. You live and your learn and sometimes I had to learn the hard way. You just keep pushing forward. A little over two years ago we had 33 employees and I was about to hand the keys over to two of my best guys ever. (2-3 months later we have 12) Imber and Ryan where my friends, truly my family. Champion was a big family and it was The best. They EARNED the right to run what I/we had built together.

Tragically, we lost Ryan Whitiker.
Ryan was one of my closest friends and I had a part in “saving his life” to what he had become. Imber and Ryan together were rocking it!! My wife who was also was getting me and this company in order. They were already beginning to run it better than me!
I was so happy with doing sales and over seeing, finally. This along with many many other dealings just made it impossible at times.
I am at peace now but it has for sure been one of hardest things I’ve ever had to get through and still am. Letting go of 30 years isn’t easy. I’m lucky to have had a strong woman in my corner. I have my wife Rachael to think for sticking by me, no way I could of without her. A few others that helped as well, you know who you are. ❤️

I am excited about what my future plans and whatever is in store for me. God has a plan as he always does. 🙏

Thank you.
Thank you to all that have played a positive part in my career and life really.
I am very blessed. 🙏

UPDATED PRICING:
Good day everyone and thank you for taking the time to read this add. We are selling our back up maintenance truck. The others are new and we just don’t use this enough for it to stay in our fleet. It’s a 2009, NPR diesel truck. Runs and drives great. It is a work truck. New brakes within 3 months and not driven much. It’s set to start using once our name is off! 😊
It’s always been serviced and kept up. It’s been mainly a back up for the last 2-3 years.
233,538 miles. We are asking $20,500. (OBO)
Call the office with any questions or would like to set up a time to come by. Thanks

**PLEASE SHARE**

We are experiencing high number of migrating fall armyworms this year due in part to the frequency of rain that created a favorable environment for their eggs and larva. The rain also helps to create lush green grass, a perfect meal for armyworms. Fall armyworms, which look like large caterpillars and vary in color from green or tan to dark brown or almost black, typically cause the most damage from August to October. According to ACES, they are seen “marching” in large numbers across lawns, feeding on grass openly, even during the day. They cause damage by chewing plant tissue and will attack all types of turf but appear to prefer well-fertilized and maintained bermudagrass.
