GROUND BROKEN! 🧡⚡️

It’s been a long time coming, but today we celebrated a VERY special milestone at FILEC — the official groundbreaking of our brand-new office! 🎉

This journey has certainly come with a few bumps in the road, but nothing was going to stop us from getting here. We couldn’t be more excited for what’s ahead and we look forward to sharing every step of this journey with you!

First and foremost, we want to congratulate two very special people — our owners, Brandon and Regan Ksiazek! 🧡

To see where FILEC started and where it stands today is truly inspiring. The countless hours, sacrifices, hard work, determination, and yes, even the blood, sweat, and tears that have gone into building this company have not gone unnoticed.

You both have poured so much of yourselves into making FILEC what it is today and there is no one more deserving of this milestone. We hope you take a moment to look around and be incredibly proud of everything you’ve built. Your entire FILEC family certainly is!

And to our incredible employees — THANK YOU! 🧡

Every single one of you has played a part in getting us to where we are today. Your hard work, dedication, long hours, and commitment to this company have helped turn what was once a dream into a reality. A company is only as strong as the people behind it, and we are incredibly fortunate to have the team that we do. This milestone belongs to all of you, too!

Last but certainly not least, a very special THANK YOU to Dixon Contracting Inc. for all their hard work preparing the site for our new office! We appreciate your part in bringing this vision to life!

Here’s to continued growth, new beginnings, and an exciting new chapter for FILEC Electrical Services!

At FILEC, we’re always looking for ways to improve, stay organized, and become more efficient. ⚡️

A big thank you to our friends over at Hilti for providing our team with information on their tool tracking system.

Having the right systems in place helps our team quickly locate tools and equipment, spend less time searching, and more time getting the job done.

We appreciate Hilti for taking the time to work with our team and help us continue improving daily operations.
