Hey everyone! 👋🏼

For those who may not know me, my name is Jacob Craven, and I’m the Owner behind Craven Property Management.

I wanted to take a minute to introduce myself and, more importantly, say thank you! Every person who has shared a post, recommended me to someone, trusted me with their property, hired me for a job, or simply encouraged me along the way has played a part in helping this small business grow. I genuinely appreciate it more than I can put into words.

Craven Property Management started from something pretty simple. I’ve always enjoyed working with my hands, fixing things, improving things, and being able to look at something when I’m finished and know that I made it better than I found it. Whether it’s landscaping, property maintenance, handyman work, cleanups, or tackling a project that someone else doesn’t want to mess with, I’ve always taken pride in doing things the right way.

But this business has become more than just a “job” for me, I genuinely enjoy being outdoors. I love what i do.

This past summer, my life changed in a matter of seconds when an explosion at my home left me seriously burned and put me in the hospital for nearly a month. I went from being independent and working every day to having to depend on other people for things I had always taken for granted.

Getting back to normal hasn’t happened overnight. There have been good days, hard days, frustrating days, and days where simply getting up and moving forward felt like an accomplishment. But little by little, I’m getting there.💪🏽

I’m doing better. I’m back to work. I’m rebuilding. And I’m finally starting to feel like myself again.‼️

Being able to get back out, work with my hands, meet customers, take care of properties, and build Craven Property Management has been a huge part of finding my normal again. There’s something about being able to work hard, stay busy, and see the results at the end of the day that reminds me just how fortunate I am to still be here doing what I love.

I’m incredibly thankful for everyone who has supported me personally and supported this business throughout everything. YOU guys made this possible! A small business is nothing without the people who believe in it, and I’m lucky to have so many people in my corner! ☺️

So from me, Jacob, and everyone who has helped make Craven Property Management what it is today, thank you. 🤍

I’m excited for what’s ahead, excited to keep growing, and most of all, grateful to simply be here doing what I love.

I have sat here and reworded this a thousand times in my head because truthfully nothing sounds right but I wanted to hop on here on Jake’s behalf (Hi i’m Ashlynne the girl he loves to drag along and don’t tell him but enjoys every bit of it) and just say first the support and the love you all have shown him means more than you will ever understand. I have watched this man put literal blood, sweat and tears into this small business. With that being said.. I really do not know how to even or where to even start but last night 07/22 Jake had an accident and he is now at Skyline in the Burn ICU. We will be here for a while and he has a long road ahead. If you know Jake you know he is so so headstrong and resilient, so I know getting him to stop and slow down will be incredibly hard and so so difficult for him. We could use all the prayers right now while navigating this.

I am going to be reaching out to clients over the next couple of days, but if you are a weekly/ bi-weekly could you please reach out so we can get you taken care of and his schedule figured out! Like I said.. I have watched him give his all to this and you guys, so I will do all I can to take the stress and worry off of him. I appreciate the texts and calls, I am so so sorry for absolutely any inconvenience this might cause, if you could bare with us! Thank you, for everything! 🤍 Please send up a prayer for Jake.

Another satisfied customer for Craven Property Management!

We removed all of the old, worn-out gravel and started fresh with a brand-new driveway installation. This project included:

✔️ Removal and haul-off of existing gravel
✔️ Installation of a new compacted base layer for long-term durability
✔️ Fresh pea gravel installation for a clean, attractive finish
✔️ Paver edging installed along both sides to create a crisp, defined border and help keep the gravel in place

The finished product not only improves the appearance of the property but also provides a stable, low-maintenance driveway built to last.
