Just another day of moving dirt and building the Four-State Area.

From mass grading and pipe installs to paving and final utility work, our crews are spread out across multiple job sites putting in the work. Different sites, different equipment, same standard of quality.

We are proud to announce that we’ve officially broken ground on the North Seton Avenue Waterline Replacement and Green Street project in Emmitsburg!

This $5.3 million infrastructure improvement project is a major step forward for the community. In addition to replacing the aging waterline, the project will reconstruct the roadway with new sidewalks, storm drainage improvements, bioretention planters, street trees, streetlights, and native landscaping.

Shoutout to our team members Randy Hixon, Brady Blair, and Jacob Ramsey, along with Mayor Davis and all the local officials who joined us to celebrate!
