Kevin Clynes, Sr. is a man with a passion for paving & construction. Kevin is usually found in the garage at 4:00am getting his crews ready for the day. His job is a 24 hour a day/7 day a week position and not once will you ever hear him complain. Kevin was born into his family’s paving business and he has never wanted to do anything else. His family taught him that hard work and ke

eping your word pays off. Since Kevin has gone on his own and started KCI Corp., he has had steady growth each year while superior quality remains at its highest level. One of the most important things that Kevin takes pride in is building friendships with the customers that he serves and his employees. He has learned from the family business that trust is key when dealing with customers. If they trust you and you keep your word, people will want to do business with you and when you have a good product, they not only keep coming back but they recommend you to others. Kevin’s biggest influence in his career is Chris Coviello who is in the same line of work and shares the same passion. He has been a great mentor and has given him never ending support and guidance. In Kevin’s spare time, he enjoys spending time with his children and watching them grow and succeed in accomplishing their own goals. If you ask Kevin what his key to success is, he will say that you need to love what you do and you have to work hard to get there.
