NEW DATE ADDED! Floating Sound Bath

Join us on Tuesday, November 3rd, from 10:45–11:30 AM for our next Floating Sound Bath at the Smithfield YMCA!

Relax on a floating mat in our pool while listening to the calming sounds of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. Take a little time for yourself and enjoy 45 minutes of peace and relaxation!

Members: $25 | Non-Members: $40

Another Floating Sound Bath session has been added!
Join us at the Smithfield YMCA on Wednesday, October 14th from 7:10–7:55 PM for a truly unique relaxation experience in our pool.

Float effortlessly on specialized water mats while enjoying the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and ambient chimes. Eye masks are provided, and you are welcome to bring a towel or small pillow for added comfort.
Members: $25
Non-Members: $40
Our Floating Sound Baths have been popular, and space is limited, so be sure to reserve your spot today!

Join us Friday, October 9th from 6:00- 8:00pm for a spooky-fun evening of friends, activities, pizza, snacks & Halloween fun!

This Members-Only event is for girls ages 5–12, with registration just $15 per child.

FREE Community Nutrition Workshop!
Join us at the Smithfield YMCA for Food Allergies: Know the Signs & Stay Safe.

Thursday, October 15th from 5:00-6:00pm

Participants will learn about common food allergens and symptoms, the difference between an allergy and intolerance, how to confidently read food labels, ways to prevent allergic reactions, and tips for making delicious allergy-friendly foods.

This workshop is presented by Rhode Island Nutrition Therapy in partnership with the Smithfield YMCA, in support of Josh Koconis' Eagle Scout service project.

All ages and community members are welcome!

Thank you to our AMAZING Community for a phenomenal Back-to-School Supply Drive for families in need! A special thank you to Councilwoman Angelica Bovis, Senator David P. Tikoian, Representative Greg Constantino, and Representative Paul Santucci for their extremely generous donations to kick off the drive!
