A broken sewer line can be a real headache for any property owner.

On this job in Goodview, we found not just a break but also two lines feeding into one and a sag causing trouble. We dug down, replaced about 15 feet of line with solid pipe, corrected the slope, and sealed everything up with hydraulic cement. Once the repairs were complete, we made sure the yard was backfilled, leveled, and covered with seed and straw to help the grass recover.

Addressing issues like these keeps things running smoothly and protects your property for the long haul. If you’re facing sewer line concerns, give us a shout.

It was a beautiful day of sunshine. Today we tackled a sewer line replacement under clear skies, which really helped move things along and get this client prepared for a busy July 4 weekend.

Replacing a sewer line isn’t a small task, but good weather helps us work more efficiently and keeps disruption to a minimum. We’re always glad when conditions line up just right to get a job completed on time.

Unexpected electrical problems can bring a lift station to a halt. For this job in Sandy Level, we replaced a single-phase simplex control panel, working closely with Barrett, Lietz Electric to address an underlying electrical issue.

The old panel was no longer dependable, so installing a new one helped restore proper system function. Careful wiring and coordination meant every part was set up safely and correctly.

Keeping septic systems working right starts with attention to the small details. Got questions about septic control panels, pumps, alarms, or maintenance? We’re happy to share what we know.

Early summer is the best time to check in on your septic system. With warmer weather, systems can be put under extra strain, and regular maintenance goes a long way in avoiding unexpected backups. A septic pump out is recommended every 3-5 years. Schedule a septic pump out now to keep things running...

HB1178 was introduced to the VA house and will allow point of sale septic inspections to return to bare minimum standards. If passed this bill will prioritize selling homes quickly at the expense of home buyers. This bill will allow inspectors to do partial inspections and protect them under law calling a sludge test, dye test, camera scope, or visual observation a full inspection . The septic inspection market will be flooded once again with folks flushing dye packs and calling that a septic inspection and it will legally protect them! This is a disservice to VA home buyers. AAA Septic will never rubber stamp a septic inspection, our inspections are extremely thorough and aim to give the home buyer a snapshot of the entire septic system and its current condition. Protecting our drinking water must be a priority!
