At 13, he was running a forklift.
By 16, making deliveries.
And for the past 42 years, he’s been building more than sales—he’s built relationships, trust, and a company we’re all proud to be part of.

Big-time recognition for one of our own 👏

We’re proud to celebrate Rachel Homulos, our HR Director, who has been named to the LBM Journal 40 Under 40 Class of 2026.

From getting her start with Zuern during her high school days to becoming a key member of our executive leadership team, Rachel’s journey is a true reflection of growth, commitment, and impact.

Due to today’s winter weather, All Zuern locations will be ❌CLOSED today, Monday, March 16.

🩷👩‍🔧We had a great day at the BuildX Conference in Madison! This event brings together leaders from across Wisconsin to support and empower women in the construction industry through networking, education, and leadership development.
We were proud to have 13 Zuern team members attend and represent our company. Even more exciting, our very own received a $500 scholarship!

Phew… what a week. 💪
Last week, 300 members of the Zuern team pressed pause together.
Not just for a business update.
Not just to talk vision.
But to reconnect. To realign. To remind each other why we do what we do and who we do it for.
As we grow, moments like this matter. Growth is not just about numbers. It is about people and making sure we are growing the right way together.
We stepped away from the day to day to focus on something bigger. Our wellness as individuals and as a team.
At Zuern, wellness is not a buzzword.
It is having the energy to show up for your family after a long day.

With frigid temperatures expected, please note the following updates to our operations:

📅 Friday (1/23)
• Open normal business hours: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• NO DELIVERIES
• Limited staff (operating similar to a Saturday schedule)
• Customer pick-ups available with team support on site

📅 Saturday (1/24)
• All Zuern locations will be CLOSED
