Mathiowetz Construction is seeking an experienced Director of Fleet & Equipment to join our leadership team as part of a planned transition.

Our fleet and equipment department is well‑established and ready to grow into new territory — with opportunities to strengthen training, improve workflows, and maximize the performance and capability of our equipment. You’ll work with a motivated technician team eager to learn, while helping build systems and standards that support long‑term success.

This role oversees fleet operations, equipment maintenance, lifecycle planning, and continuous improvement efforts that directly support our crews and company growth.
