Customer had a leak after puroclean came in and made sure everything was dry for the customer we reinsulated the ceiling and wall and sealed it back and got it ready for the customer to paint.

Had to peel a few years back here before installing new vinyl floor.

Demo'd put the old tile shower. Installed a larger shower surround, dual showerhead, sliding glass doors. We drywalled got it ready for paint. Sealed the old plumbing for a whirlpool bath. Finished the tile floor and trimmed out baseboards.

Here we had to come after a tenant moved out and clean everything up fix up the floors, put in a new stove, replaced the drains for the sink, added new lighting fixtures through out, painted the walls and ceilings as well as the stairs leading to the 3rd floor. Had to trim all the doors to fit after the carpet was installed, added lvp flooring, new toilet, new surround in the bathroom, repaired the tub walls, fixed the 2 story deck in the back and got it ready to rent again.

I added a deck over the previous concrete porch. I put down a v***r barrier along with spray foam I cut the plastic barrier out in each bay and added drainage so water doesnt get trapped. Dug down added concrete footing around the perimeter as well as adding prefabbed concrete footers for added strength. Added stairways to the back and side and a railing to go around.
