Recently completed, this 36 x 40 x 14 looks really nice with a black roof and charcoal trims. The slide door in the rear will allow a pull-through into the older barn behind.

Another project recently completed in Nazareth. This 24' x 28' features a full 14' attic space and staircase, still leaving the first bay with a full 24' of parking space. Note the exterior walls are covered with Typar housewrap, which is not like the paper/plastic type housewraps, it has air diffusing fibers attached to the inside which provide much better control of drafts once insulated. In the attic, the roof has a double bubble reflective underlayment. This will eliminate 95% of the radiant heat from entering when it's hot outside. This serves to protect the framing and any stored items you have and will be 10 degrees cooler with no heat radiating off the roof steel.

Why We Do It

We started this company with one goal in mind: To provide a higher level of service, deliver a high quality product that exceeds your expectations, and provide a decent living wage to our workers.

Service and communication are our driving force. Owner Mark often responds to email messages way past business hours so if you email us in the evening, don’t be surprised to receive a quick response. Ask questions! It is of vital importance that you understand your product and we are happy to help. Included with each estimate we email to you is a seven page pamphlet detailing how we build, what materials we use and why. Educating our customers is a big part of what we do.

Delivering a high quality product that exceeds your expectations is paramount to your satisfaction. Owner Mark has many years of extensive field experience building and repairing pole barns. One thing became clear, the quality of post-frame construction needed some upgrades for a building to last. From rotting face boards, entry doors and roof leaks, our intuitive design and construction techniques solve all of these issues ensuring your building will last and hold it’s value for a lifetime.

Lastly, our most valuable resource, our workers! In order to deliver you the very best end product, you need the best people building it. We provide a good living wage to each of our crews meaning most profits are worked into them receiving higher pay rather than the company. It is a business focus that sets us apart; investing in our people helps the communities everywhere.
