This is a cabinet that will go into the kitchen at my place in Sister Bay. The goal was to match the existing cabinets that were built during the depression when my grandfather owned the house.
The original ones were built from scrap wood and old cherry crates.Well that is how the story went Grandpa Isaacson told.
I used up all my left over maple and poplar on this one trying to keep up the tradition of "scrap" wood.

Here is Xavier making an adirondeck chair for his mom. It was a good Christmas present for her. Xavie did a great job and has good work skills for a 5 year old. He also learned how to take his "coffee" break.
