Supporting veterans also means recognizing that military service does not always end when someone begins a civilian career. Some of our employees continue to serve in the National Guard or Reserves, balancing responsibilities to their families, their coworkers, and their country. Creating a workplace where that commitment is respected is something LGE is proud of.

John Doese has done just that at Myrl & Roy's. While his employee was deployed for a year, he intentionally reached out to support and include the employee's family in company happenings. Truck Driver and Guards member, Tanner Gassman, nominated John and was there to present the award to him with the ESGR State Award Coordinator from the Office of the Secretary of Defense.
