What a perfect day! ⛳️ Thanks to all the golfers who came out to the South Sioux City Area Chamber of Commerce & Tourism Annual Golf Tournament. We had the best time connecting with everyone who stopped by our sponsor tent and played our game.

Special shoutout to Two Rivers Golf Club for hosting such a great event, and to Elijah for being the best chauffeur on the course and helping us load, unload, and haul our booth around all day. We truly appreciated it!

What do you think of the use of red in this design? 🔴 We're exploring bathroom concepts for a fire station, and this color choice is anything but accidental!

Red is often used sparingly in interior design because of its bold presence. But in the right setting, it creates energy, confidence and a strong sense of identity. For a fire station, it also serves as a subtle nod to the profession's history and instantly connects the space to the people who use it every day.

Construction is continuing to make exciting progress at the Outdoor Campus Expansion Phase 2.

It's rewarding to see spaces that began as ideas on paper now being used for education, recreation and hands-on learning. With new classrooms already supporting programming, public restrooms open for visitors and the indoor archery range taking shape, this project is becoming an even greater resource for the community.

At Stone Group Architects, we believe great design creates opportunities for people to connect, learn and experience the outdoors. We're proud to partner on a project that will serve generations to come, and we look forward to seeing the next phase continue to take shape.

Every building has a story. The best designs help tell it.

The Benson Building has been part of Sioux City's story for more than a century. Originally built to house an automobile dealership, its transformation into a mixed-use destination was an opportunity to honor that history while creating a space that serves the community in a new way.

Throughout the building, thoughtful design details, including historic photographs that celebrate its automotive roots, connect today's residents, tenants and visitors to the building's past.

Thoughtful historic preservation isn't about recreating history. It's about preserving the character, stories and sense of place that continue to shape a community for generations to come.
