Was wondering if there is any interest in this floor plan. I am putting together the numbers on this right now to see what it would take to build. I do not have a lot picked out yet either so location is unknown yet as well. Also looking for feedback on design/layout, room sizes etc. Let me know your thoughts please.

House #4 framed up and ready to finish the inside on! This one is a full 2 story with full 19' walls in the main family room. It will showcase a full wall height stone fireplace and 6 windows to let in a bunch of natural light!! What a way to end the year with this guy, challenging for sure but fun! More pics to come as it gets finished up.
