This project with long time partner of Journey Group, The First National Bank in Sioux Falls, shows the true difference between maintenance and replacement. One section had water damage that required a full replacement, but the rest of the lot only needed crack routing, sealing, and a fresh topcoat, finished off with numbered assigned parking spaces. The result: a lot that looks brand new for a fraction of the cost of a full repave.
