Beginning January 1, 2027, Mixmate software will be offered in five levels: Target Mode, Basic, Full, Premium, and Enterprise.

Mixmate has grown substantially in capability, and not every operation needs every feature. The new structure lets you choose how much of the work you want Mixmate to do for you. Target Mode will be included with every Mixmate at no additional software subscription cost. If you want additional Work Orders, record keeping, machine automation, workflow, reporting, data, or integration capabilities, you can select the level that best fits your operation.

Existing Mixmate customers will hear directly from Praxidyn before the change takes effect, with details on what is changing, what remains included, and the available options. Qualifying new Fusion and Pro purchases include up to one year of Premium software access with the machine.

New SP400 Batch Plant Supporting Precast Production in Avon, South Dakota!

Platinum Site Solutions and Tria Products have successfully started up an SP400 stationary batch plant built for a precast operation. The first phase of construction is complete and the plant is already in production. Work on the enclosure and pan mixer will follow in the next phase.

Plant specifications:

Four 55,000 lb aggregate bins
Two 120-ton cement silos
Direct-to-truck discharge
Future pan mixer with mixer discharge

The plant was laid out with long-term plans in mind. Direct-to-truck discharge keeps concrete moving today, and the pan mixer will be added in the near future.

Recently delivered to Texas: a PP90A portable batch plant finished in a custom orange to match the customer's fleet.

110 cubic yards per hour, trailer-mounted, and quick to set up and relocate between pours. The color was specified alongside the rest of the build, so it arrived on site looking like it belonged there.
