Another outdated deck transformed! 👏

These homeowners reached out to us to replace the old front deck on their home. After removing the existing structure, we built them a brand-new pressure-treated wood deck that’s built to last and gives their home’s entry a fresh new look.

These clients reached out to us for a complete front and back deck replacement after their existing decks had reached the end of their life.

We started by tearing out the old, rotten structures. On the back deck, we discovered there weren’t any existing footings, so we installed Diamond Pier footings to give the new deck a solid, long-lasting foundation. From there, we built a heavy-duty pressure-treated deck finished with sleek black aluminum railings for a clean, modern look.

The original stairs were another major safety concern. They were extremely steep and didn’t meet current building code. On the front deck, we found the framing was constructed entirely from 2×6 lumber, and the main support consisted of two 2×4s screwed together. Years of rot had left only about an inch of solid wood supporting the entire structure.

Now these homeowners have safe, code-compliant front and back decks that are built to last for years to come.

This homeowner came to us looking for a complete transformation — and after a lot of planning, design ideas, and product selection, we brought their vision to life!

We replaced 3 windows, installed a new front door along with a storm door, and completely removed the old rotten Masonite siding. The home was then wrapped in new LP SmartSide siding and trim for a long-lasting, durable finish.

For the color combination, we used Sherwin-Williams Needlepoint Navy paired with Alabaster trim, along with a beautiful stone accent that tied everything together perfectly.

We replaced our client's old, unsafe concrete front step with a new deck made from Timbertech Ashwood PVC decking and complemented it with white aluminum railing. A large concrete pad was also installed at the back of the home to provide ample space for outdoor enjoyment.

This one was a full transformation from top to bottom.

We removed a non-working gas fireplace and replaced it with a brand new custom board and batten fireplace build-out, featuring:
✔️ Electric fireplace with realistic flame visuals & crackling sound 🔥
✔️ Tile surround
✔️ Mona Lisa granite hearth

The biggest change?
➡️ We raised the step-down living room and brought it level with the kitchen — completely changing the flow of the home and making it safer and more functional.

To finish it off, we:
✔️ Installed all new hand-scraped hickory flooring in the living room
✔️ Added a full board and batten feature wall
✔️ Installed new lighting in the living room, kitchen, and foyer
✔️ Repaired cracked drywall and refreshed the mudroom
✔️ Gave the living room a clean new paint finish
