Today we had the opportunity to stop by a client’s house who is looking to get their basement finished up!

They already have the drywall done, but need someone to come in and finish hanging doors, install door and window trim, and run base throughout the entire basement.

Do you have an unfinished basement you’ve been wanting to finish?

When we’re done with this one, the homeowners will have an additional 1,200 sq. ft. of finished living space, including two additional bedrooms with walk-in closets, a full bathroom, a large family room, and a rough-in for a future wet bar.

Another one wrapped up!

This project was a full cedar handrail and privacy wall rebuild, and it completely changed the look and feel of this deck.

We removed the old, weathered railing and replaced it with custom cedar horizontal rails, including taller privacy sections around the covered seating area and patio.

A lot of cutting, spacing, and detail work went into this one, but the finished product turned out awesome.

Ending the week wrapping up a really cool cedar deck project along with invoicing all of our other projects.

A quick rundown of all the different projects we were involved with this week:

- Repairs on a rental property including flooring install, cabinet install, misc. painting, basic plumbing repairs, etc..
- Knocking out a punch list for a Realtors client including hanging barn doors, trim & carpentry work, storm door repair, etc..
- Junk removal / property clean out at another Realtors clients house.
- Repairing a previous drywall patch at yet another Realtors clients house
- A large cedar hand rail rebuild project that will be done today!
- Started demo on one of Chris's flip houses

We have been extremely busy with Realtor referrals which we appreciate so much!
