On behalf of our entire church community, we want to express our deepest gratitude to the incredible Bartlett Tree Experts crew who worked on our property: Josh S., Miguel, Arnaldo, Orlando, Juan, Nerio, Eric, Hugo, and Carlos.
From the very first day, they demonstrated the highest level of professionalism, knowledge, integrity, and respect. What stood out the most was not only their expertise, but the genuine care and compassion they showed for every single tree on our property. It was evident that they don’t simply cut trees—they truly care about preserving them whenever possible and ensuring every decision is made with safety, health, and the long-term well-being of the property in mind.
Throughout the entire project, the crew took the time to guide us through every step of the process. They patiently explained what needed to be done, why it was necessary, and answered every question we had with kindness and respect. They made sure we felt informed and comfortable before any work was performed, and that level of communication meant so much to us.
Safety was clearly their number one priority. Watching them work was impressive—they operated with precision, teamwork, and constant attention to protecting one another, our buildings, our property, and everyone around them. It gave us complete confidence that our church was in the best hands possible.
The quality of their work exceeded every expectation we had. Every tree was handled with care, every branch was accounted for, and when the work was complete, they left our property remarkably clean. They didn’t just finish the job—they left our grounds looking better than when they arrived. Their attention to detail and pride in their work truly set them apart.
We would also like to extend a very special thank you to Mike, the office manager. Mike, thank you for your patience, professionalism, and the time you dedicated to us throughout this process. You answered every question we had, kept us informed, and made the entire experience smooth from beginning to end. Your customer service was exceptional, and it was a pleasure working with you.
To Josh S., Miguel, Arnaldo, Orlando, Juan, Nerio, Eric, Hugo, Carlos, and Mike—thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Your hard work, dedication, kindness, and commitment to excellence did not go unnoticed.
