McCoy Tree Service is looking for a Groundsman. If you're hardworking, coachable, and ready to work with a skilled team, we want to hear from you!
-Groundsman-
Key Responsibilities:
🌱 Site Safety & Maintenance - Clearing brush, branches, and logs from the work area to ensure a hazard-free zone.
🌱 Equipment Operation - Operating machinery such as skid steers, chippers, stump grinders, trucks/trailers, chainsaws, blowers, etc.
🌱 Arborist Support - Setting up ropes/rigging gear during tree pruning or removal.
🌱 Equipment Maintenance - Performing daily, basic maintenance checks on tools, chainsaws, and equipment.
🌱 Load Management - Loading/unloading equipment from trucks and trailers.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
🌳 Physical Strength - Ability to lift heavy items, work in extreme weather, and stand for long periods.
🌳 Safety Consciousness - Strict adherence to safety protocols (PPE, crew communication).
🌳 Communication/Leadership - Ability to consistently communicate to team members and clients. Leading by example.
🌳 Experience - Previous experience in tree service is a plus.
🌳 License - Valid driver's license is required(CDL Is a plus).
Hourly Position - Pay is based upon experience
