WE'RE HIRING: Full-Time Exterior Cleaning Technician, Simpsonville SC

PAY
- $16 to $20/hr training pay while you learn, based on experience
- After training you move to performance pay: you earn a share of every job you complete, up to $30+/hr based on how the crew works together. Some days run lower, some days hit or pass that. The better and more efficient you get, the more you make.
- Bi-weekly review bonus with zero caps
- Upsell commissions on services you add at the customer's home
- Client tips (varies by week)

THE JOB
No experience? No problem. We train you from day one to run $50K+ equipment and work on beautiful homes across the Upstate: Simpsonville, Greenville, Greer, Five Forks, Mauldin, and surrounding communities. Our shop is in Simpsonville.
You'll learn pressure washing, soft washing, gutter cleaning, and more. You may help on seasonal Christmas lighting installs. You'll work alongside our other techs, take care of the equipment, and take care of the customer: show up on time, be courteous, and leave every home looking brand new.
WHAT WE ASK
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no at-fault accidents or tickets in the last 3 years)
- Able to lift 90 lbs and comfortable working at heights
- Reliable transportation to and from our Simpsonville shop
- Strong work ethic and pride in the finished product
- Professional attitude. You're the face of our company at the customer's home.
- Offers are contingent on a standard background and driving record check, the same for every candidate
HOW HIRING WORKS

4. Paid working interview. You ride along and work a real day with the crew at training pay.
