Capital Brand Group, LLC is pleased to announce: CBG-PSS JV LLC has been awarded a five-year, $29.6M O&M contract by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), for Building Maintenance & Operations (BMO) across the Southern California Region.

Our team will provide preventive maintenance and repair services for U.S. Border Patrol and Air & Marine Operations facilities—36 locations, 239 buildings, and roughly 3,300 pieces of equipment across San Diego, Imperial, Riverside, and Orange counties.

This award reflects the strength of our partnership with PSS and our shared commitment to supporting CBP's mission with responsive, high-quality facilities support. We're proud to stand behind the men and women who secure our nation's borders—and to keep the facilities they depend on running at peak performance.

As our Nation's Capital celebrates America's 250th anniversary, we want to give a big shout-out to Nick West, who led our DC Metro team, and everyone at CBG who helped decorate some of DC's most iconic government buildings with banners, bunting, and lighting.

Our team executed this on an extremely short timeline in support of GSA — and we're honored to have played a part in the Freedom 250 Celebration.

We're beyond proud and honored to announce that CBG-PSS JV has been selected for award on the United States Air Force Air Education and Training Command (AETC) Base Operations Support (BOS) Multiple Award Contract (MAC), with a program ceiling of $4 Billion—A 10-year period and commitment to serving the men and women of the U.S. Air Force.

This award represents the very foundation of who we are as a company—A reflection of the relentless dedication, expertise, and pursuit of excellence that our team brings to every mission, client, and opportunity for those we are privileged to serve.

CBG-PSS JV is well-positioned for delivering comprehensive base operations support across AETC installations — including Keesler, Laughlin, Maxwell, Sheppard, and Vance Air Force Bases. The work spans 20 service areas, from installation engineering, facilities, and grounds to airfield management, fire and emergency services, logistics, and more, all in support of the Air Force's training and readiness mission.

Capital Brand Group, LLC is proud to announce that we have been awarded a $320 million United States Air Force SABER IDIQ contract at Joint Base Langley-Eustis (JBLE), Virginia.

Under this contract, CBG will provide maintenance, repair, and construction services supporting Air Force, Army, and Air National Guard missions across the installation over an eight-year period.

This award reflects our commitment to delivering exceptional results, and high-quality construction services that support mission-critical requirements for our nation’s defense infrastructure.

We're excited to share that Capital Brand Group, LLC has been awarded the U.S. Navy's NAVFAC Washington 8(a) Mechanical Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC), IDIQ of $249 million.

Under this multi-year contract, CBG will deliver mechanical and HVAC construction, repair, alteration, and renovation services across the NAVFAC Washington area of responsibility. The work spans HVAC equipment, systems, and infrastructure, including ductwork, controls, pumps, piping, fans, and motors, across a wide range of mission-critical Navy facilities.

We’re proud to announce that CBG-Pegasus JV has been awarded the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Cincinnati Operations & Maintenance contract.

Under this multi-year award, our Joint Venture will provide comprehensive operations, maintenance, and repair services across EPA’s Cincinnati facilities, including critical mechanical, electrical, HVAC, life safety, and infrastructure systems in support of mission-driven research environments.
