The Constitution Center was the largest selective demolition project in the history of Washington, DC. The project involved 2,000,000 square feet and included extensive structural demolition, façade removal, and complete interior gut-out. The project included hazardous material abatement throughout the building. 95% of work was completed within a nine-month schedule.
