Our customers house is almost there. Second coat is done, and we are loving the colors they picked. We used a special paint that has a 25 year life and can be painted in temperature as low as 35 degrees. Next up is the shop.

It's a wrap on this job to restore a bedroom floor and bathroom after a water heater leak. It had a drain pan but it didn't have plumbing for it to drain outside. Subfloor, insulation. carpet, lvp, vanity, water heater, base and trim. Our part is done and Emerald will reinstall the walk in tub. Thanks Color Tile for matching the carpet and doing a nice job of installing it.
