This was a unique project. About 100ft2 of high grade maple which was originally in very poor condition. Client wished to have it stained green to match cabinet paint. Maple is notoriously difficult to stain. I used a combination of laquer thinner and water popping to condition the floor. Three coats of Bona traffic 2 part finish. Client said it is now one of their favorite rooms in the house!

First big tile job complete. We built this kitchen practically from the ground up and it took us nearly 4 weeks. All new subfloor, cement board underlayment, paint and trim. Big thanks to my right hand man Cronn Chavez for sticking with me through it all.
