We spent Saturday morning in Asheboro cleaning the roof of the Randolph Communications office building!

The Algae (Gloeocapsa Magma) shown as black streaks is all gone and no longer causing damage to the shingles. The curb appeal is also much better.

We also washed this building and sealed the porch flooring a few months back.

It was a pleasure to be able to do this for Randolph Communications, as they are a big part of our business too. We use them for our phone and internet, helping us with quotes, emails, invoices and phone calls. Where we live there is no cell coverage so we also rely on their wifi for calling on our cell phones as well.

I TURNED THIS WHITE CHURCH ORANGE 🤯🤯🤯

Thankful for the opportunity to wash this church in Moncure NC today!

Iron Staining, it's something I don't run into often but when it does happen it's quite shocking! Iron deposits can be caused by numerous things and it reacts to the ingredients in my house wash mix. The reaction turns the iron (along with the siding) orange almost immediately.

From that point you have to rinse the house wash mix along with all the algae, dirt and debris off the siding, then rewash it with oxalic acid and rinse again.

The below pictures are a before, an after washing it with house wash mix where it turned orange, then the final picture after washing it a second time with oxalic acid. You can clearly see the last picture is much whiter than the first one.

I'm not a fan of most types of gutter guards. When just a little debri gets stuck on top of the guards, water begins running over the gutter. Just because your home has gutter guards doesn't mean they're maintenance free, they need cleaning not much different than a home without guards on the gutters.

Cleaning of the gutters was just the start of our day in Ramseur working for this new customer. We also washed the home, both the covered front and back porches, and the detached garage.

Just like yesterday, we didn't use any of the customers water, we supplied all the water needed for the entire job.

No water, no problem!

We spent the day in Ramseur washing this property for a new customer. We were able to wash this entire property without using any of the customers water. They had a bad experience with a previous pressure washing contractor that left them without water and an expensive repair to their well.

With the dry conditions we've had this year paired with the bad experience they've had, they requested us to provide all the water for the job. Our primary trailer can carry 525 gallons of water and the water wagon carries 1,025 gallons. We're able to pump water straight from the water wagon to our wash trailer as needed.

We're right back at it tomorrow washing the neighboring property and will be providing all the water for that job as well.

If your well has low water output, the water gets dirty easy or you have any well concerns, we can still wash your home without using your water. While it's a little more expensive than us using your water, it's much cheaper than any type of well repair.

Always a pleasure to work for my former high school, Jordan Matthews! My scope of work was supposed to be the concession stand/field house and the bathroom building to prepare for this Thursdays home opener football game. I decided all the concrete needed washing, so 17,000 square foot later, everything is looking better than it has in years.

We're hoping all the students have a great school year and all the fall sports have great seasons!

Made the trip to Graham NC today to wash a house, driveway, and curbing. Had a little stand off with some European Hornets the homeownwer was unaware of, but we mutually agreed to leave each other alone after our initial meeting 😂.

Now that we have a new trailer on the road, we are expanding our service area to cover a little more ground. We don't like having to tell potential customers NO, when they've heard such good things about us.
