A sneak peek at what’s coming from our videographer!

We recently returned to a client’s home in Long Beach to capture our NKBA award winning remodel and home addition, completed three years ago and it still looks like we finished it yesterday!

The project included a kitchen, laundry room, pantry, powder bathroom, and home addition. Seeing our clients enjoying their home and creating lasting memories is the most rewarding part of what we do.

A new ADU is taking shape in the backyard of this Long Beach home and this is only phase one! Framing is bringing the vision to life, creating a flexible space that could become a private guest suite, home office, rental opportunity, or comfortable multigenerational living area.

Next up: an addition to the main house, expanding the project even further.

This project includes a new addition, bathroom remodel, laundry room, primary bedroom, walk in closet and family room addition. Next up stucco, drywall taping with a smooth finish, and tile installation in the primary bathroom.
