About Me 🌱

I’m Dominic, a 26-year-old entrepreneur who happens to be on the autism spectrum. I currently live in Cochise County, and in my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and playing video games.

A few years ago, with the help of my mom, I decided to start my own w**d removal and landscaping business after noticing a demand for these services in our area. I wanted to help fill that gap by providing dependable, quality service in our community and helping our neighbors keep their yards looking their best.

Running my own business has been a challenging but rewarding experience. As someone on the autism spectrum, I have faced certain obstacles, but I’ve learned to work around them and find ways to excel. Being an entrepreneur has allowed me to build on my strengths, such as my attention to detail and my ability to focus on tasks for extended periods. These traits have helped me immensely in operating and growing a successful w**d removal and landscaping business.

I’m grateful for the encouragement of my family and friends, as well as all of our amazing customers who have supported us along the way.

I look forward to continuing to grow, build my skills, and provide dependable, quality service to our community for many years to come. Thank you to everyone who’s helped make Got W**ds? what it is today. It means more to me and my family than you know.

When my son, Dominic, and I started Got W**ds?, it was about so much more than starting a landscaping business.

Dominic is an adult on the autism spectrum, and one of the biggest reasons I wanted to start this business was to help create an opportunity where he could build on his strengths, gain confidence and independence, and have something meaningful that he could truly take pride in. So, together, we decided to build something of our own.

What started as the two of us with an idea and a willingness to work hard has grown into something bigger than we ever imagined. Today, Dominic serves as our Head of Operations and plays an incredibly important role in everything we do. Watching him grow alongside our business has been one of the most rewarding parts of this journey, and none of it would be possible without the incredible support we’ve received from our community.

Every person who has hired us, trusted us with their property, recommended us to a friend or neighbor, shared our posts, tagged our business when someone needed yard work, left us a kind review, or simply cheered us on has helped us get to where we are today.

Got W**ds? is looking for an experienced, dependable individual to join our landscaping team for a part-time, as-needed position.

📍 Cochise County, AZ

We’re looking for someone who is hardworking, reliable, and comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
• Previous landscaping/yard maintenance experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Dependable and able to show up on time
• Able to perform physically demanding outdoor work
• Must provide a current resume

This is a part-time, as-needed position. Hours will vary depending on our workload and scheduling needs.
