We got the apartment unit roof repaired and sealed back up. Base molding in and some sheetrock repair in the entry. Trying to stay busy.

Working on a bid for a 1300sqft siding and roof job with new windows and a custom 10ft sliding door. Some framing and a new header, never installed a 10ft slider, thats a big doorway, but im stoked.

Anyways another project for The House Doctor on one of his properties. One day, my goal is to have us a couple rentals so the wife and I can relax and afford to travel occasionally lol.

Accent walls completed, master bedroom got shiplap and barn red paint. 2nd bedroom got beadboard and blue paint. 3rd bedroom got an olive greenish color and will be getting wall paper.
This house sold a few weeks back, we were asked to come back for the new owners, super cool.
Got their weekend house back just in time for the weekend.

Disclaimer, The House Doctor and his guy Gerson did the painting, not me. Sam and I did the shiplap and beadboard.

Feeling somewhat accomplished today lol. Got the wifes tie rods swapped out, things were beyond smoked. Gonna wait for it to cool down some and then do the sway bar end links. Had to get it put back together though so I could drive to the auto parts store for a pair of vice-grips, as mine are in my work truck that the wife has today.
Gotta get rear struts ordered as shop today who did free diagnostic for me, said rear are starting to leak.
Inside, eating some food and gonna let my back calm its roll before I go back to squatted and hunched over, as my back absolutely hates it.
