All the framework is done. Just as it was requested to be built. Got the metal roofing eave trim, rake trim and screws ordered in dark blue to match the barstool chair set they bought just for this. Ready for pickup tomorrow after 2:30pm which means it'll be ready for the weekend.
Client walked inside and said they cant wait to use it, and didnt think roofing would be ready until Monday. Surprise lol.

Little manzebo action lol. Building a outdoor prep kitchen and bar for clients deck. Prep counter, serving bar with barstool height countertop, accent wall where TV will be mounted. Will be finished with metal roofing.
This is built to the client's wants and design, the daughter and I are just making it happen for her son-in-law.
Should be ready for roofing installation by Thursday.

As for me, im home on my heating pad lol going to chill and relax this weekend, because Monday back to the grind. The next one is fire escape deck/stairway for 2nd floor unit, again with The House Doctor. That should be fun times lol.

Passed framing inspection this morning, banged out the decking before lunch. Came back got the 1st 4 posts cut so we could get the railings up. Tomorrow finish the posts and railing and the stairs and be done. Quick turn around on this 10x14 deck. On to the next one.

Little deck action with "The House Doctor" & Koehler Custom Framing. 10x14 from the ground up. Got our corner posts set yesterday, finished them today and banged out the frame work after lunch. Tomorrow, 2x6 decking & stair stringers. Friday should have the railings done and wrapped up.
Met the Code Enforcement officer for the town of Sidney finally, he is spoken highly of. Im sure ill be seeing him a lot more lol.

Roof job is done, also banged out the other little things, some flashing on tool shed etc. I did get the lattice back up...

Today was a pain, the wind kicking up while trying to roll out the snow & ice shield, got tir3d of battling 20ft sections so I cut em in half, problem solved. Got a little wet for a min lol. Have to pick up some more perlings in the am as well as a high temp heat shield boot so it can get it done by end of day Friday.
Hips are killing me, dang fluctuations in the weather is kicking my but. Mon-Tue was hot and muggy, today windy, rain on and off and in 60s.
