We are days away from breaking ground on the siding on mudroom, backside of the house and able to turn the wall which is on the left of photo, basically up to the deck. Can't wait to compare actual real photos to what AI generated.

Also, it's gravel there, not grass under the deck as it's a wrap around drive way, able to pull up to basment, which is convenient.

Got the gable re-framed. Yes one side has double studs, the left side of the roof was buckling, so I had to do some jacking etc. Sank 6" lags through top plate into the LVL header. Got string line ready on the mudroom roof side we have to finish.

Stopped in Sidney Center/Masonville to look at a small paint job for this Saturday, let my daughter bang that out so she can make some spending money/gas money. That might lead into a smaller new build tiny home to replace one of the manufactured homes they had to take down.
He also had Alpine Metal Roofing do his roof and it's leaking, in multiple spots. That's not cool, but stuff happens. I'll check all the screws for over tightened screws, hit the seams with sealant etc, but that won't be this weekend.

These little jobs I would've been passing down the line to a laborer, but yeah, I don't have one of those cuz " ima pot head loser and could keep workers if i wasnt a pot smoking loser" bahahaha, smoke and would spin circles all day every day around these lazy kids now days bahahaha (no its cuz i dont let lazy pieces of s***e work for me), so letting baby girl get in on the action. She is better and more knowledgeable then dudes her age, has more drive and a better work ethic (Thanks to Dad).

No Work tomorrow at current site due to weather, I could go do some inside work for a few hours, but ima take a personal day and lounge like a king 🤴 😌 😎.

Not sure, but I think our delivery truck broke down. Showed up this morning, nobody in the vehicle, blocking the driveway lol. Hey, at least the door is here lol.

Our baby girls new to her commuter for college. Little brother is having his truck shipped out to him in Washington so he is mobile again, so we did what we could and here it is. 2011 Ford Edge AWD. Inspected until 8/27, runs as it should, no water pump leak but I do need to replace the flex pipe or just weld it myself lol. Even the back seat has its own moon roof, super roomy. She doesn't show it, but she was excited, on the drive home she was checking things out, playing with buttons lol, kids.

My daughter is trying to sale her 2008 chrysler 300 AWD. Remote start has 2 sets of keys, leather interior, head unit doesnt work, It does need work to pass inspection, needs the cats replaced, front passenger wheel hub, radiator replaced (brand new in the box, just haven't had time to swap it out). Has brand new tires. I believe mileage is around 287k miles. Still runs and drives, has clean title in my daughters name. $1000 obo. Does have some cosmetic damage, as seen in photos, but doesnt effect driving. If interested feel free to reach out, but as this is my business account, dm Derrik Koehler or Amanda Marie Koehler.

Some end of the day pics. Tomorrow we finish the mudroom, jump onto rake trim where we can and ridge cap. Main roof is done to a point we have to wait for the timber framing and roof extension to be framed etc. So finish the roofing we can, then onto the windows. The siding was delivered today, pretty nice looking stuff, from what I seen as we were unloading the flatbed. I'll snap some photos of it tomorrow.
Yall see the size of that deck! The views off that thing are going to be stunning!
Its been a while, forgot what those roofing hip cramps were like lol. Be glad once we are back on somewhat level ground.
Things are moving along, all hands on deck. Glad Sam and Gerson have stepped in and will be with me to the end of the project. Money well spent and we work well together.

Doesn't look like much progress, but there's been some for sure. Had to re-do all the purlins around the bottom edge all the way around the roof. Sad when someone says they know what they're doing but clearly doesn't. Had to cut shingles back as well to fascia, again, like I asked to be done, and paid someone to do and then go back and fix/do myself. So glad that chump is fired, 86 from property, as he is a self admitted and brags about, being a thief. Deleted and blocked, bye 👋

Tomorrow starts the madness! Basement french doors with side lites 72"x80" is being delivered 8am-10am, we should have 90% of the roofing completed, if not all, by end of day and onto the trim, Ridgeway and metal fascia. Vinyl cedar Shaker impression siding will be delivered tomorrow afternoon.
Gerson is going to get the window(s) pulled and new ones in starting tomorrow while we are up on the roof.
Just waiting on deck to get to a point, the timber framing can go up and roofline can be extended cuz then we can fully complete roof, have some working space on deck to assemble and get the massive 4 panel 10ft slider installed and that wall run siding done. I give it 3 weeks and should be done.

Well, that one didn't even last a week. Lesson learned. I work better by myself anyways. Crazy how unreliable and lazy people have become, priorities all wrong smh.
