Unit sizes range from a very small 5’ x 6’ up to a 20’ x 40’ Contractor Bays. We have single and two car garages so that you can store cars and/or boats and empty out that garage. We have a size for every need and extra tall 14’
ceilings so each unit holds more. We offer both climate controlled and regular storage units. Our climate controlled units are kept at a constant temperature year around and are designed to dehumidify. All units have individual door alarms for added protection. Our facility is made up of multiple buildings so that you can pull right up to your building. Each building is long and narrow with multiple doors and hallways to ensure that you have a short walk to your climate controlled unit. The outer bays are all regular storage but because they are part of the climate building they do not get as hot in summer or as cold in winter as normal non-climate storage. The storage units are contained in a well-lit and safe environment with a state of the art surveillance system consisting of digital cameras, which stores digitally recorded movement within the facility. Computerized access gates and entrances allow our tenants to enter the facility at any convenient time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In addition, we have strategically placed intercom systems throughout the facility so that our tenants may contact our office during regular business hours with questions or requests for assistance. Our office is open from 9am-6pm Monday-Saturday.
