It’s Meet the Team Monday!

Meet Jesse Sechrist, our newly promoted Internal Operations Manager! 🌿💚

Jesse has been a valuable part of the Lawnmasters team for years, previously serving as our Arbor Technician and helping with tree work across Northwest Louisiana. While he’ll still lend his expertise to tree-related projects when needed, he has recently stepped into a new role as our Internal Operations Manager, where he helps support our crews, coordinate day-to-day operations, and keep things organized behind the scenes. We’re excited to see him take on this next chapter with Lawnmasters!

When he’s not at work, Jesse enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, along with hunting, fishing, and getting outdoors whenever he can 🎣🌲

We’re proud of Jesse’s growth with Lawnmasters and excited to have him take on this new role. Congratulations on the promotion, Jesse! 💚🌱

We’re proud to be a dog-friendly office, which means these two get to clock in with us just about every day. They may not answer phones, schedule crews, or send proposals, but they take their jobs as guard dogs, office supervisors, snack inspectors, and morale boosters very seriously 😂
