The "luck of the Irish" is upon us this St. Paddy's Day! Both 🍀LUCKY 🍀 and grateful for Louisiana Restaurant Association Education Foundation Vice President Craig Dennison of Fair Grounds Race Course for his generous donation of corned beef to our local ProStart schools including Kenner Discovery Health Sciences Academy, Chalmette High Cultural Arts Center, and Bonnabel High School. A year ago today the world stopped. A year ago today, we all thought this would blow over in "a few months." A year ago today, we had no way to know what catastrophe laid in store for us. How many team members we'd have to say goodbye to, how many clients would close their doors. How many loved ones would fall ill and pass away to this terrible disease. It has been the worst year ever endured for most of us. We are grateful for our clients and team members who have allowed us to stay strong while so many others have not been so fortunate. This year marks our 30th year as a corporation but it is hard to celebrate, as the trials from 2020 have dragged on into this year. We are continuing to move forward, despite all this. In 2021 we will implement a new and improved quoting, dispatching, and invoicing system that will greatly increase our efficiency. We have upgraded our fleet and increased our technical training. We are ready to move on from this dark era into a better, more effective team, poised help our clients succeed once our great community is back to 100%.

Today a new update for Windows computers rolled out and if installed, can blue-screen your computer whenever you try and print. Luckily, the good folks over at Arklatex IT manage our patches and made sure this update it NOT make it to our computers. They are a local, small business-focused IT company that looks out for small businesses!

To all clients impacted by the water boil advisory: We are recommending that once the boil advisory is OVER, that all ice machines (and lines, filters, etc) be cleared, broken down, sanitized, and reset. Failure to do this can damage the unit and as well as compromise public health. Please call to schedule an appointment with one of our experienced technicians today!
